Hi, I’m Aidan Ruddy, the creator of WrestleSmart. I’ve dedicated my life to the sport of wrestling—first as an athlete, now as a coach and trainer. My goal? To help wrestlers at every level sharpen their technique, build strength, and develop the mindset of a champion.

My Background
- Competitive Wrestler – I’ve spent years on the mat, currently a wrestler for Concordia College – Moorhead, learning firsthand what it takes to succeed in this sport. Wrestling is more than just a competition—it’s a test of mental and physical toughness.
- Certified Trainer – I hold a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification, specializing in strength and conditioning. My knowledge goes beyond just wrestling moves—I focus on injury prevention, mobility, and training strategies that give athletes a real edge.
- Coach & Educator – Whether through coaching, wrestling, or breaking down the best training methods, I’m passionate about helping wrestlers maximize their potential.
